Legal Counsel – Leading Firm – Buckinghamshire Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Provide legal support and advice on corporate governance matters.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance issues within the logistics or defence sectors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated.
• Stay abreast of developments in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
• Proven experience in commercial law, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
• Experience in logistics or defence law is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
