A well-established national organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team in Warwickshire. This is a broad commercial role supporting a complex business and its subsidiary companies, with exposure to commercial contracts, procurement, governance and data protection matters.

The successful candidate will advise stakeholders across the organisation, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, support GDPR compliance, and help develop robust procurement and contract management processes. You'll work closely with senior leaders, deliver training to non-legal stakeholders, and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice on risk and governance. The role offers significant variety, autonomy and visibility across the business.

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE and strong commercial contracts experience gained either in private practice or in-house.
