Legal Ops Transformation Lead

CMS UK is seeking a Legal Operations Transformation Manager to help deliver operational initiatives across the team. You’ll track projects, coordinate tasks, and bring structure to day-to-day activity while ensuring work aligns with priorities.

The role also provides oversight and reporting to help stakeholders understand progress and make informed decisions. You will produce clear updates and dashboards, monitor metrics, support cross-team transformation, and help improve processes.
