The Firm
Our client, a highly ranked law firm, based near London Bridge, is looking for a Legal PA to join their Private Client team.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be a highly capable Junior Legal PA / Secretary, looking to take the next step in their career and develop within a highly regarded law firm. You will provide first-class, client-focused support to Partners within a fast-paced Private Client team. Duties to include:
Act as a professional representative for Partners and fee earners, managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, client communications and day-to-day administrative support
Take ownership of document production, billing support, expense processing, payment requisitions and compliance-related administrative processes
Support marketing activities and events, including coordinating arrangements, processing expenses and assisting with client-facing initiatives
Manage legal documentation, correspondence and case management processes, including document filing, archiving, file opening, conflict checks and maintaining accurate records across internal systemsThis Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.
Requirements
At least 2 years' previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm (essential)
Experience providing support to fee earners within a fast-paced legal environment
Experience with diary management, travel arrangements, billing support and expense processing (desirable) Vacancy Highlights
