The Opportunity
The successful candidate will provide high-quality PA and secretarial support at Partner level within the firm’s fast-paced Financial Services team. Duties will include:
- Act as a professional representative for Partners and fee earners, managing complex diaries, anticipating priorities and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Manage fee-earner inboxes, prioritising and summarising emails and identifying relevant actions
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including sourcing and booking transport and accommodation
- Manage documents and files, including opening new files, electronic and paper filing, and archiving
- Support the end-to-end billing process, liaising with the Billing team and producing relevant documentation
- Provide support across practice groups and teams when required
- Utilize technology, including AI and collaboration tools, to improve efficiency and support the effective delivery of services
This Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.
Requirements xwzovoh
- Previous Legal PA or secretarial experience supporting Partners is essential
- Previous experience within a law firm is highly desirable
