Lettings Negotiator Full Time (Temporary Contract) Location: Manchester £13.45 per hour (£27,976 annually) Customer Facing Role Step into a lettings role unlike most on the market. Instead of cold calling or chasing unqualified leads, youll join a high-performing team where all leads are pre -generated and pre-qualified for you. Your focus is simple: convert warm, high-quality enquiries into successful lets. With full support from an in-house marketing teamwho handle property staging, photography, videography, listings, social media, and all marketing channelsyoull have everything you need to succeed. Youll also work closely with a dedicated pre-qualification team who ensure every lead meets core criteria before it reaches your desk.
