You will help create a caring, safe and positive learning environment, ensuring pupils have the best possible opportunity to reach their full potential. The role will involve supporting pupils with their learning and helping them access a broad and balanced curriculum. You will work under the direction of the Class Teacher and more senior Teaching Assistants to implement learning activities, reinforce concepts and provide additional support where required.
