Level 2 Teaching Assistant SEND

We require someone who is committed to inclusion and wants to make a positive difference, has previous experience working with children with SEND, particularly in communication with SEMH. Demonstrates empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills. Can manage challenging behaviour in a calm, proactive, and supportive manner. Works well as part of a team and is committed to ongoing professional development.
