- £18.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) About the Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about supporting young children's development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Working as part of a committed team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years.
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and educational development.
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Requirements Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification .
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £17.00
- £18.00 per hour .
Consistent working hours, Monday to Friday (08:00am
- 4:00pm).
