Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Toddler Room Location: Westerham Salary: £14.25 per hour (£29,640 per a annum for a 40-hour week) Room: Toddlers (2–3 years) Hours: 40 hours per week About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely nursery in the heart of Westerham. We are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development, providing high-quality care, and creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. They are also happy to consider a Level 2 qualified candidate who is looking to progress their career. They will support the right candidate through their Level 3 training, with a starting salary of £11–£13 per hour, depending on age and experience. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2–3 years. Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment. Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Work effectively as part of a supportive nursery team.
