Make a real difference in the classroom Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning? Protocol Education is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Ferryhill, supporting pupils who need additional academic, behavioural and emotional guidance. You'll play an important role in helping pupils access their education, develop independence and feel confident in the classroom. Role Details Full-time September start Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm to 4:30pm Term-time only Long-term position Your Responsibilities Supporting pupils with additional learning needs Delivering focused literacy and numeracy interventions Providing individual and small group support Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties Working alongside class teachers and SENCOs Helping monitor and celebrate pupil progress About You Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Previous experience within a school environment Confident supporting pupils with SEND Patient, proactive and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits of Working with Protocol Education Competitive daily rates Weekly PAYE payments FREE accredited CPD Dedicated consultant throughout your placement Access to long-term opportunities and career progression All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
