Duties may include supporting pupils 1:1, assisting small groups and helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically.What You'll Need to SucceedLevel 3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualificationExperience working with children in an educational or childcare settingPositive, proactive and supportive approachStrong communication skillsAbility to use your own initiativeA genuine passion for helping children learn and succeedWe believe attitude is just as important as experience.
