Lexidrug Pharmacy Specialist: Dosing and Interactions

Mercor is seeking a Domain Expert - Pharmacy with extensive Lexidrug experience to verify interactions, dosing and contraindications across full medication lists. You will assess patient data, reconcile alerts, and ensure appropriate chart updates and communications in a hospital setting.

Candidates should regularly use Lexidrug or Lexicomp (weekly+), have a PharmD with a valid license, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment in areas like renal/hepatic dosing and drug interactions.
