Our client is expanding their Residential Property department and are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly and well-established team. The Role

You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service throughout every stage of the transaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions
• Providing regular updates and clear communication to clients
• Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
• Delivering an outstanding client experience while building long-term relationships
