Licensing Lawyer needed in East London Paying £55 per hr ref 134888 Full time hours on a temporarybasis Key Responsibilities Advise officers, senior managers and Licensing Committees on complex and routine licensing matters.

Prepare reports and attend Licensing Sub-Committee hearings, including evening meetings, providing procedural and legal advice.
Represent clients in Magistrates' Court appeals, tribunals and contested licensing hearings.
Draft legal notices, licensing conditions, decisions and policy documents.
Monitor developments in licensing legislation and case law.
Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently using case management systems while maintaining professional standards.
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, including regulatory and enforcement partners.
