Licensing Manager - HMO

Our client is a well-established property management firm boasting a decades-long history with its Headquarters based in North London and they provide property management services to a large portfolio of properties across the capital and spanning down to the South Coast. The organization is steadily expanding its asset base through a mix of acquiring new properties, building developments and repurposing existing sites. Key Responsibilities: As the internal HMO Licensing Manager, you will be instrumental in making sure all residential properties in our client’s portfolio fully comply with licensing standards. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting property audits, communicating with tenants and staff, and tracking safety inspections and maintenance repairs to guarantee regulatory adherence.
