Lift Service Engineer

This established and growing independent lift company are currently seeking an experienced Lift Service & Call Out Engineer to support them in the servicing, maintenance and minor repair of lift equipment across the Westminster and surrounding Central London area.

As a Lift Service & Call Out Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Managing your own designated service route covering the Westminster area
• Carrying out planned servicing, maintenance and minor repairs on a range of lift equipment
• Applying your knowledge as a Lift Engineer in fault-finding situations
• Attending lift breakdowns and responding to customer call outs
• Participating in the call out rota
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards
• Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and on time

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A background in lift engineering, ideally within service and call out
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential)
• Experience working on a variety of lift products
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A full UK driving licence
