Lift Service Engineer

This established and growing independent lift company are currently seeking an experienced Lift Service & Call Out Engineer to support them in the servicing, maintenance and minor repair of lift equipment across the St Albans and surrounding areas. As a Lift Service & Call Out Engineer you will be responsible for: Managing your own designated service route covering the St Albans area Carrying out planned servicing, maintenance and minor repairs on a range of lift equipment Applying your knowledge as a Lift Engineer in fault-finding situations Attending lift breakdowns and responding to customer call outs Participating in the call out rota Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and on time To be successful in this role you will have: A background in lift engineering, ideally within service and call out NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential) Experience working on a variety of lift products Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Excellent customer service and communication skills The ability to work independently and manage your own workload A full UK driving licence In return you will receive a competitive benefits package which includes: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary Company vehicle Door-to-door pay Overtime opportunities Call out rota with additional payments Tools, mobile phone and uniform provided Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities Company pension Holiday entitlement plus bank holidays If you're an experienced Lift Service & Call Out Engineer looking to join a well-established and supportive business covering the St Albans area, we'd be keen to hear from you.
