Staffline is recruiting for Line Leaders in Wrexham.

Pay

• Days £13.74 per hour
• Nights £15.04 per hour
• Overtime Days £20.61 per hour
• Overtime Nights £22.56 per hour

Hours

• 4 on 4 off, 6am‑6pm
• 4 on 4 off, 6pm‑6am

Responsibilities

• People management – motivation, organization, delegation, leadership
• Product knowledge – materials, QAS sheets, line speeds, equipment, etc.
• Operator training – competent team members in each role, GMP
• Company-minded – always looking for ways to improve
• Quality-minded – continuous monitoring of the team’s production
• Effective administration of paperwork – process sheets, start‑up sheets, etc.
• Awareness of performance in relation to daily plan (time & quantity)
• Teamwork & flexibility – within department/shift and wider company.

Communication

• With team members (direction, discipline, encouragement)
• With supervisors, managers (resources, information, problems)
• With peers (batch controllers, line techs, other line leaders)
• With other functions (QA, Packing, hygiene, personnel)
