Litigation Partner | Reading | £95,000 - £125,000 + Equity Opportunity

A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked national law firm is seeking a Litigation Partner to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Partner or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership. You'll handle a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes while playing a key role in the continued growth of the team.

The role will include:


  • Managing a varied commercial litigation caseload.


Advising on contract disputes, insolvency matters and wider commercial disputes.


Building and maintaining strong client relationships.


Playing an active role in business development and the continued growth of the team.


Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate will:


Be an experienced Litigation Partner or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready for the next step.


Have strong experience across commercial litigation, including contract disputes and insolvency matters.


Be commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills.


Enjoy business development and mentoring junior colleagues.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £95,000 - £125,000, 30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, an excellent benefits package, hybrid working and a genuine opportunity to progress to equity.
