About the Opportunity

Its key areas of work include:

• Finance: Acting for clients ranging from SME lenders to some of the UK’s leading credit and car finance providers.
• Local Authority: Supporting 85 local authorities across England and Wales with the recovery of unpaid business rates and council tax, as well as advising on complex recovery matters.
• Housing: Representing some of the UK’s largest accommodation providers across the private rented, student accommodation and Build to Rent sectors.

The Role

The firm is seeking applications from candidates across a range of experience levels, including:

• Qualified solicitors with experience in civil litigation and/or debt recovery.
• Experience managing a caseload and conducting litigation.
• Strong organisational, analytical and client management skills. xwzovoh
• A commercially focused approach to legal work.
• Experience in financial litigation or local authority work
