Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:

• Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters

To advise on sensitive ASC matters

Judicial review advice

Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)

Court of Protection (COP)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

• 
  
• Previous experience working in Adult Social Care.

Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities.
