Locum In-House Solicitor – Corporate & Property Focus

Our client in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its in-house Legal team on a locum basis. The role focuses on corporate/commercial matters but also covers property, contracts, governance and regulatory work, with hybrid working and one or two days a week in the office.

Key duties include managing commercial property transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on supplier agreements, licensing, NHS contracts and data protection.
