Job Title: Loft Insulation Installer (Permanent) Location: Cornwall Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Start Date: ASAPRole OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Loft Insulation Installer to join a growing Energy Efficiency team delivering insulation and retrofit works across Cornwall. This is a permanent, full-time position working within occupied residential properties, helping improve energy efficiency and reduce fuel costs for residents. The successful candidate will have experience within insulation, construction, roofing, property maintenance, or a similar trade background and will be responsible for delivering high-quality loft insulation installations and associated remedial works in line with industry standards. Key Responsibilities of the Loft Insulation Installer: Installing loft insulation within domestic properties Carrying out basic ventilation improvements and associated building fabric works Completing remedial works required before insulation installations Ensuring all installations comply with PAS 2035 standards and manufacturer specifications Working safely within occupied properties while maintaining excellent customer service standards Communicating effectively with residents regarding works being undertaken Accurately recording completed works using handheld devices and company systems Completing installation paperwork, certificates, job sheets and associate...
