Right Now Group are working with a leading global freight forwarding business based at Hounslow, who are looking to appoint an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their established operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding professional with strong knowledge of both Air Imports and Air Exports, who is confident managing shipments from start to finish. You'll play a key role in coordinating international shipments, liaising with customers, airlines, overseas agents and transport providers to ensure freight moves efficiently whilst maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator

• Manage Air Import and Air Export shipments from start to finish.
• Coordinate shipments from initial booking through to final delivery or departure.
• Arrange airline bookings, collections, deliveries and transport requirements.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, commercial invoices and customs paperwork.
• Complete and process import and export customs entries accurately where required.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, handling agents and internal teams.
