Logistics Manager – International Supply Chain A fast‑growing global organisation is seeking a highly capable Logistics Manager to lead customer service, transport planning, and order fulfilment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and can drive OTIF performance across international markets. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and developing the Customer Service team Managing order processing, fulfilment, and delivery performance Driving improvements in OTIF and logistics KPIs Overseeing transport planning and third‑party logistics partners Ensuring compliance across import/export activities and trade regulations Maintaining accurate ERP data and reporting Supporting S&OP, stock checks, and continuous improvement initiatives Enhancing customer satisfaction through strong communication and issue resolution Requirements What You’ll Bring Up to 8 years’ experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or distribution Strong understanding of order fulfilment, import/export, and international logistics Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and global suppliers Excellent data interpretation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills ERP proficiency and strong Excel capability Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams Relevant degree or professional qualification (CILT, APICS, FIATA) Benefits Why This Role Matters You’ll play a key part in ensuring products move seamlessly across global markets, improving operational efficiency, and elevating customer experience.
