Hours: 40 hours per week, shift pattern across a seven day operation
The role
We are recruiting a Business Lounge Manager to take full operational ownership of a premium airline business class lounge at Heathrow. You will run the lounge floor day to day, leading the team that looks after passengers from the moment they arrive to the moment they board.
What you will be responsible for
- Leading, scheduling and developing a lounge team across early and late shifts
- Owning the guest experience on the floor, including food and beverage service standards and lounge presentation
- Managing food safety, health and safety and airport compliance records
- Controlling labour, stock and consumables against agreed budgets
- Acting as the operational point of contact for the airline client and airport stakeholders
What you will need
- Experience managing a team in a lounge, hotel, restaurant or high volume premium food and beverage operation
- Experience holding accountability for service standards and compliance in a regulated or audited environment
- Eligibility to obtain a full airside pass, including a five year referenced work history and a criminal record check
