Luxury Hotel Operations Leader - Deputy GM

Brighton Harbour Hotel is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the hotel’s strategic operations, driving guest satisfaction and overseeing all aspects of daily performance.

You will partner with the General Manager, deliver targets, mentor teams and foster a luxury lifestyle experience across the property. Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is desirable and a passion for service excellence is essential.
