Contract Manager – West Brompton £65-70K Location: West Brompton London  – fully site-based Working Hours: Monday–Friday Salary: £65/70k per annum, negotiable for the right candidate. 25 days holiday. Team: Responsible for an on-site team of approximately 10 engineers, supervisors, and support staff Reporting to: Operations Management The Role We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of a large, fully site-based facilities and maintenance contract in West Brompton, which is a large mixed use development with over 300 units. This is a hands-on management position, overseeing an on-site team of around 10 engineers and support staff, while acting as the key point of contact between the client, site team, contractors, and wider support functions. The successful candidate will ensure that all planned, reactive and remedial works are delivered safely, efficiently, within programme and to a high standard, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring contractual requirements and KPIs are consistently achieved.
