M&E Engineer - Mechanical Bias - Static Oxfordshire £45,000 - £46,350 Brief M&E Engineer needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Oxfordshire who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded M&E Engineer that takes pride in their work. The successful candidate must have an NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical field a keen interest in becoming and M&E Engineer. If you have experience in working within a laboratory environment that would be a plus! Benefits Salary: £45,000 - £46,350 per annum 24 day's holiday Pension Plan Career Progression What the role entails: Some of the main duties of the M&E Engineer - Mechanical Bias will include: To work on the following but not limited to; Electrical Distribution Systems, Generator Testing, Air Handling Units, Pumps, Water Treatment including Tap Temperature Testing and Outlet Flushing, Building Management System, Weekly Fire Alarm Testing Monthly Emergency Lighting Tests, HVAC Maintenance, Heating and Cooling related issues, Electrical Fault Finding & Lighting Repairs Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed witho...
