A well-established Facilities Management company is looking for an experienced M&E Engineer to join its Property Services team. You will help manage maintenance operations across a prestigious, high-profile site in West London, leading engineers and contractors while remaining involved in planned and reactive maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and progress their career. The role You will take responsibility for delivering a safe, compliant and high-quality maintenance service covering M&E, HVAC, water hygiene and general building fabric.
