M&E Project Planner Location: London Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Planner to support the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary building services projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are planned effectively and delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical building services projects. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. Work collaboratively with project teams to achieve contractual milestones and programme deadlines. Monitor project performance against schedules, budgets, and financial targets. Provide planning insight and analysis to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and assist with training and development where required. About You Essential Requirements HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering, or relevant industry experience. Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services. Good understanding of commercial management and project delivery within multi-discipline contracts. Desirable Experience Experience in financial or account management. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate site-based teams. Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills. Key Skills Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
