M&E Quantity Surveyor Location: East Midlands Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Package Type: Permanent Project: Major £40m+ M&E Project The Role A leading M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major project in the East Midlands. The project has an M&E value in excess of £40m, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience managing the commercial aspects of large-scale M&E projects. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial delivery of the M&E package Cost control, forecasting and reporting Managing variations, valuations and final accounts Subcontract procurement and management Cost/value reconciliation and financial reporting Managing commercial risk and contractual obligations Working closely with the Project and Commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor Experience working on large-scale M&E projects, ideally £40m+ in value Strong knowledge of M&E subcontracting and commercial management Experience managing variations, valuations, procurement and final accounts Strong contractual and commercial awareness Excellent communication and negotiation skills What's on Offer £75,000 - £85,000 + Package This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established contractor and work on a major £40m+ M&E project in the East Midlands, with excellent long-term career prospects.
