M&E Quantity Surveyor - Hyperscale Data Centre Location: London Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + Travel We are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor looking to appoint an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major hyperscale data centre project in London. The project is currently in pre-construction, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become involved at an early stage and play a key role in the commercial management of the M&E package through procurement, construction and final account. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor with a strong pipeline of major data centre and mission-critical projects.
