M&E Supervisor

Location: Midlands (projects across the UK) About the Company An established Midlands-based M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their growing team. The company delivers mechanical and electrical design, installation, and maintenance services across sectors including healthcare, education, offices, retail, and leisure. You’ll work closely with the Projects Team, supervising a range of mechanical projects — while also overseeing additional trades such as electrical, builders works, and associated civil activities when required. Role Overview As the M&E Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities to ensure high-quality, safe, and timely project delivery. Projects will include a mix of mechanical, electrical, and building services installations across a variety of environments. Key Responsibilities * Supervise mechanical works and oversee additional trades such as electrical or builders works when required * Ensure all work meets specification and quality standards through regular inspections * Manage site operations in line with the company’s Health & Safety plan * Supervise all site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors * Conduct site inductions and ensure ongoing compliance with safety regulations * Monitor and report on the progress of works in accordance with project programmes * Raise m...
