Industrial Cleaning Operative Location: Leicester Pay: £12.71 per hour (Days)  Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Hours: 6:00am–6:00pm  The Role We are looking for reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join a busy site in Leicester. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for keeping large industrial machinery, equipment and working areas clean and maintained to a high standard. The role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, is physically fit and isn't afraid of getting stuck in. You will be working as part of a team to ensure the site remains clean, safe and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities · Carry out thorough cleaning of large industrial machinery and equipment · Clean production areas, floors and surrounding workspaces · Remove dirt, dust and build-up from machinery · Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly · Follow cleaning schedules and site procedures · Ensure machinery and work areas are cleaned to a high standard · Report any damage, faults or safety concerns to management · Maintain a clean and safe working environment · Follow all health and safety procedures and wear the required PPE About You · Previous industrial, factory or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential · Comfortable working around large machinery · Physically fit and able to carry out a hands-on role · Reliable, punctual and hardworking · Good attention to detail · Able to work as part of a team · Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern · Willing to work both days and nights on a rolling basis What's on Offer · £12.71 per hour – Days · 4 on / 4 off rolling shift pattern · 6:00am–6:00pm days · Full-time hours · Ongoing opportunity · Training provided · Stable working environment If you're looking for a hands-on role with consistent hours and a great work-life balance through a 4 on / 4 off pattern, we'd love to hear from you
