Machine Learning Engineer

What You’ll be doing

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning systems
• Develop LLM-powered workflows and intelligent automation pipelines
• Translate real-world insurance business processes into AI-driven solutions
• Contribute to system architecture and scaling a startup from 0 to 1

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
• Proven track record of shipping ML models into production
• Strong coding skills in Python for ML research
• Experience in AI startup, scale-up, or high-performance teams
