Job Title: Machine Operative Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 ( shift premium) Hours – 3 shifts available to pick from Early shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm (10% shift premium) Day shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm (20% shift premium) Job Type: Permanent Location: Harwell Benefits include 25 days holiday, 9% pension and private healthcare and more! This is an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operative to join a market leading manufacturing business on a permanent basis The role of Machine Operative: Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the required quality standards. Carry out secondary processing activities using a range of specialist machinery and equipment. Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand requirements, prioritise workloads, and deliver against agreed schedules. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal processes and capabilities.
