Machine Operative

Machine Operative Temp to perm Hourly rate - £13.00 - £14.00 per hour Coalville Hours: Rotating shifts - 05:30-13:30 and 13:30-21:30. Hamilton Woods are currently working with a well established manufacturing business based in Coalville. As a Machine Operative you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure efficient and accurate operation. Ensure all tasks are performed safely, following company policies and safety documentation such as risk assessments, control procedures, and safe systems of work. Promptly and transparently report any safety issues, accidents, incidents, or potential hazards related to the environment or equipment, in line with company guidelines. Support and uphold site cleanliness by following designated cleaning schedules. Consistently adhere to and uphold quality standards and procedures. Respond quickly and effectively to any disruptions or failures affecting productivity or processes. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors. Essential Skills: Experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills to address issues. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
