Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Gillingham, Kent Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts) Shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 06:00 Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (days & afternoons) £13.50 per hour (nights) Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-focused Machine Operator to join our team in Gillingham, Kent. This is a key role within a busy production environment where machine uptime, quality standards, and attention to detail are essential. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, good problem-solving ability, and the intelligence to understand and maintain smooth machine operation without constant supervision. Candidates should take pride in their work and be confident in keeping production running efficiently and safely.
