Machine Operator

MACHINE OPERATIVE Winner Recruitment are looking for Machine Operatives for one of our clients based in Aston in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company This will be a temporary to possibly permanent role working full time Day shift hours Monday – Thursday 07.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 6.00am – 12.30 Duties Will Include: Working on a fast paced production line Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements Operating bespoke machinery Loading the machine and Machine minding  Assembling Parts and products Quality Checking and inspecting Parts Any other general factory duties Experience and skills required for this role include: Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor Minimum of 2 years Experience in machine operating Be Self-motivated and eager to learn Good communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail   Attributes needed for this role: Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure, Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively Have a strong work ethic A good understanding of English both written and spoken   Benefits of this role On-site parking Full on the job training A working culture which encourages progression and development Day time hours only no shift work – only need to be flexible due to any overtime when at peak time Monday – Thursday 07.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 6.00am – 12.30 Pay £12.71ph If you are available immediately and have the relevant experience please apply online in first instance
