Job Type: Full-Time, Rotational Shift Pattern (3 day / 4 day week)
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (Plus Premium Rate Overtime)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Production Operative to work on a rotational shift pattern in our fast-paced manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Work in a team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of product quality. Perform routine checks on machinery and report any faults or issues to supervisors. Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing products for distribution. Ensure products meet quality control standards and report any defects or issues. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of production across shifts. Participate in regular training to improve skills and meet operational needs.
Shift Pattern:
3-day work week (12-hour shifts) followed by a 4-day work week (12-hour shifts).
Alternating between 2 weeks of night shifts and 2 weeks of day shifts.

Requirements:
Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as part of the rotational shift pattern.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude to problem-solving and maintenance tasks.
