If you have previous experience within factory-based maintenance and are looking for your next, long-term career move, apply now for an immediate response! Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to equipment breakdowns across plant, facilities, and utilities.
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and process equipment.
Calibrate and test plant equipment, alarms, and instrumentation in line with CMMS schedules, manufacturer recommendations, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and close out work orders using the CMMS.
Monitor plant performance using systems such as BMS and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
Manage spare parts inventory to support operational continuity.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standard.
Administer permit-to-work systems, including LOTO, hot work, and general maintenance permits.
Perform general facility maintenance, housekeeping, and upkeep of plant services, including wastewater treatment systems where applicable.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing plant reliability, safety, and operational performance.
About you: You will be a time-served maintenance technician with proven experience within manufacturing/ engineering.
Ideally, you will be multiskilled in bias and capable of working on a range of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to interact with suppliers, internal customers and external contractors.
