Maintenance Assistant Salary: £37,000 Overtime (£1,000–£2,000 on top) Pension Location : Coalville Shifts: 4's and 5's days and nights About the Role We are currently recruiting for a junior engineer to join a UK leading logistics company. The junior engineer will be joining an innovative market leader within the industry who can offer unlimited progression and technical development. The junior Engineer will be working within a fully automated facility and will receive industry leading training on an ongoing basis. - each role that becomes available is advertised internally accross the country for a minimum of 2 weeks before going external and you are guaranteed to be interviewed if you put your hand up. With this being a state of the art fully automated site there is extensive training from day one
- both internal and external and with the technology evolving at such a fast pace this training is ongoing at all levels.This really is a great oppurtunity for a junior engineer to showcase their skills and refine them with some real technical equipment. Your role will include planned and reactive maintenance on all of the machinery on site. This is working a rotating days and nights shift pattern so please only apply if you can accomodate this. Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Assistant Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Engineering Qualification, ideally level 3 Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory. Requirements for the Maintenance Assistant. Electrical and mechanical experience. Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical). Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Requirements for the Maintenance Assistant. Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK. The Maintenance Assistant will benefit from: Working for a recognised market-leading business.
