Maintenance Engineer
to join the engineering team on a
3 on 3 off, 12-hour days and nights shift pattern . What's on Offer?
£48,000–£53,000 salary , depending on experience 3 on 3 off shift pattern 12-hour shifts – days and nights 1.5x overtime rate Production-related

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the
planned and reactive maintenance of a range of PLC-controlled manufacturing machinery . You will work as part of a close-knit engineering team, supporting production, improving equipment reliability and contributing to ongoing site investment projects. Key Responsibilities
Carry out
planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
using the Idhammar CMMS system Respond quickly and effectively to
breakdowns and equipment faults Complete
electrical and mechanical fault finding Diagnose faults on PLC-controlled machinery Support
equipment upgrades and machine installations Work alongside OEMs on engineering and improvement projects Complete
root cause analysis
following breakdowns Identify and implement
continuous improvement opportunities Support the engineering team with projects designed to improve equipment reliability and efficiency About You
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer who enjoys working in a proactive manufacturing environment. You should have: Multi-skilled maintenance experience , with either an electrical or mechanical bias Previous experience maintaining
manufacturing or process machinery An apprenticeship or equivalent engineering training A recognised
Level 3 engineering qualification
or above Experience with both planned and reactive maintenance Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding ability A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit engineering team PLC experience would be advantageous, but full training can be provided on site-specific systems and equipment.
