Working on a Panama days shift pattern, you will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency by carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance across a range of automated machinery. Manufacturing Non-Negotiable Requirements
Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong electrical or multi-skilled engineering background Ability to fault find on electrical and/or mechanical systems Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Requirements
Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance (PPM) Fault finding on motors, conveyors, sensors, and control systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of health and safety procedures Experience working on fast-paced production machinery Desirable Requirements
PLC fault finding experience Experience with automated or high-speed production lines Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience Benefits
