Maintenance Engineer Ballymena Monday-Friday Vickerstock is partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for its modern production facility.

- Monday to Friday.
Week 1 4.30am
- 12.30pm Week 2 10am

Your day to day As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical and mechanical production equipment.
You will work closely with production teams to minimise downtime, improve machine reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults.
Supporting continuous improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
Maintaining machinery and site infrastructure to a high operational standard.
Using the site's CMMS to record maintenance activities and drive performance improvements.
Providing technical support to production and other departments.
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety, food safety and quality standards.
Your essentials Time-served Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer.
Minimum of two years' experience within a high-volume manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
Experience working with control panels and automated production equipment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to maintenance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. xwzovoh
