Maintenance & Facilities Lead (Care Home)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home in Weybridge to lead the on-site maintenance team and handle hands-on trades and grounds care. The role focuses on keeping the environment safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and staff.

You will collaborate with the General Manager on budgets and plans, and coordinate with contractors for specialised works. A UK driving licence, trade skills, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
