Maintenance & Grounds Manager — Care Home

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of its care homes. You will lead maintenance operations, ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and support daily activities for residents and staff.

You will manage a range of tasks from plumbing to garden upkeep, work with contractors as needed, and assist the General Manager with annual budget planning. Your role is pivotal to maintaining first-class care and homely surroundings.
