Maintenance Manager / Co-ordinator

As the Maintenance Coordinator you will provide oversight and organisational direction in order to meet the requirements of our Preventative and Reactive Plant Maintenance activities. You will have the responsibility for the coordination of internal and external customers / service providers, and they shall drive the on time completion of maintenance activities across the sites. Maintenance of asset lists, maintenance schedules & plans, reviewing & updating as required. Ensure that all PPM and Reactive maintenance records are completed and signed off in accordance with our procedures. Manage the site induction and safety of contractors related to plant maintenance Proven experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment that includes moulding and assembly machinery. Strong skills in mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair. Make decisions to maximise plant output and efficiency and balance those decisions with GMP, safety, product quality and cost issues. NVQ level 3 in related topic. Recognised multi-skilled engineering apprenticeship. ONC/HNC qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering.
